Hair transplant cost in Turkey — what the whole trip comes to

Not a clinic quote. This adds up what the week actually costs you: the procedure at market rates, plus the hotel, transfers and food for the city you pick — because the package price is rarely the whole bill.

Which city?

City barely moves the surgery price — clinic choice does that. It moves the hotel, the transfer and the food, which is most of what a package leaves out.

Common questions about cost

Why is a hair transplant so much cheaper in Turkey?

Surgeon salaries, clinic rent and staffing cost a fraction of Western Europe, the lira has fallen steadily against the euro, and the sheer number of operations lets clinics run at volumes no European clinic reaches. None of that is a compromise on quality by itself. It becomes one at the very bottom of the market.

What should make me suspicious of a low price?

Packages under about €1,500 usually mean one of three things: a technician performs most of the surgery rather than a doctor, the graft count was promised before anyone examined you, or there are costs that only appear later. Ask who holds the punch, what the price covers, and what happens if the result fails.

Do clinics charge per graft?

Most quote a package rather than a per-graft rate, because the exact count is only settled during the operation once the donor is assessed. That makes per-graft comparison misleading: two clinics targeting the same count can deliver very different work in very different time.

What is never included in the package?

Flights, food, and anything after you go home. Most packages cover the operation, medication, the wash sessions and often one PRP session, plus hotel and transfers. Nothing covers the medical treatment — finasteride or minoxidil — that a good surgeon will tell you to stay on afterwards.
